Yes very nicely decorated ,lots of love and devotion.Srila Prabhupada said very clearly not to mess with Krishna ‘s tilak ,do not add anything between his tilak ,now this is following the order of the guru how to worship their lordships.In western countries i have seen they put dots or gem or decorate like tulsi leaf this is very bogus.The supreme lord Sri Krishna is not adorned with tulsi leaf on his forehead between his tila or make tilak like us we vaisnava wear on our forehead,he is Vishnu nor a vaisnava devotee .Srila Prabhupada always guided us but after he left this mortal world we devotees have gone seeking from other sampradaya.
