“As a Result of Srila Prabhupada”

Aug 06, 2010 — TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA (SUN) — Thanks George! Let them have their religion, and we’ll have ours. Let’s see…we have Srila Prabhupada’s original books, and an almost complete set of conversations, lectures, morning walks and all of his letters in that classical 5 volume set. AND!….every time we read Srila Prabhupada’s books again and again we gain more knowledge.

I have experienced this and so have many others. That is because as he personally has said his books are transcendental and each time they are read again and again, more knowledge is revealed. He told us to read them again and again. That is the difference between mundane books and transcendental books.

That experience will continue eternally, just as experiences keep expanding eternally in the spiritual world. Nothing is static there, just as nothing is static with our lives as long as we serve sincerely according to Srila Prabhupada’s eternal teachings.

As we collectively learn and experience, we teach others what we are learning from Srila Prabhupada just as we taught and learned from others while living in his temples or outside when he was with us in vapu.

Essentially nothing has changed. The past present and future are happening all at the same time according to Srila Prabhupada and quantum physics, therefore we are still in his association.

So anyone who is associating with Srila Prabhupada via his books, photos or other instructions is in his association, that he told us many times. As long as we keep his teachings in their original form and keep studying them over and over again, Srila Prabhupada and Krsna will keep giving us new instructions and new information on how to serve Them better.

Serving Them sincerely means serving the whole material existence in the proper manner.  Srila Prabhupada said in the Yoga System lectures (Gita series) Paraphrase mine: “We want to re spiritualize the whole thing, social position, political position, scientific position…actually that is not possible but the idea is like that”.

Anyone can be connected to Srila Prabhupada and Krsna at anytime anywhere. No one I know in “ISKCON” gets any time with their “guru” for solving daily problems. They go to friends, family, professionals or Srila Prabhupada’s books. Ask any ISKCON “guru” any question on how to solve a life problem, and he will more than likely give you Srila Prabhupada as a source of info. That may be altered info as a result of changes to the original texts of Srila Prabhupada’s books, but still he will give Srila Prabhupada as a source or his answer will come because of his experiences as a devotee AS A RESULT OF SRILA PRABHUPADA!

So there is no denying that anyone anywhere at anytime can connect eternally and forever to Srila Prabhupada. No denying, that is why he is called Prabhupada…. at whose feet other masters sit!

Srila Prabhupada is our leader, the holy name is our main weapon and the original Bhagavad-gita As It Is, is our war plan.
