The 13 episodes of “Little Krishna” is a result of seven years of painstaking research work, handpicked from the chronicles of Krishna, the most remarkable stories of the legendary prankstar in the Indian heritage. The episodes are narrated in a manner, engrossing enough to mesmerize the audience world over, and leave them spell-bound.
Little Krishna is the darling of Vrindavan, the land of peace and tranquility, which is constantly threatened by the malice of evil king Kamsa. While Krishna is busy with his endless pranks and mischiefs accompanied by his friends, Kamsa remains restless for he is aware that Krishna is his nemesis. As in the past, a prophecy had threatened Kamsa that his evil reign is over, and a savior will descend on earth to make Kamsa meet his worst adversity in life, which is his death. The only objective of Kamsa’s life therefore, was to find his angel of death.
Sworn to see the end of Krishna, Kamsa relentlessly sends his trusted aids, the ferocious demons to Vrindavan in order to kill Krishna. But Krishna is born to be a savior as he crushes the deadly demons one after another with heroic poise.
While the episodes of “Little Krishna” capture an epic canvas on screen with the colossal battles of good against evil, it never misses to touch the emotional chord of the narrative. While lapping up the affection of his parents and the admiration of the common mass of Vrindavan, Krishna manifests his mesmerizing charms with his soulful enchanting flute that compels every living creature to dance to his tunes.
Action, adventure, heroic valor, selfless deeds, emotional trysts, mischief’s… all packaged in a compelling story telling underlines the hallmark of the “Little Krishna” series.

It is not said and it is not read
On the DVD or release.
So where did you get those stories you took?

That this Little Krishna DVD should go out alone is not acceptable. It should be accompanied by the full three sets of original Krishna Books in top quality paper back. Those written and published by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. This way there is compromise for those who are determined to release these DVD’s as they are and keep the advertizing as it is now. Those who produced these DVD’s certainly have millions of dollars to spend and it is assumed that they are truly interested in letting the whole world learn about Krishna The Supreme Personality of Godhead, as well as Srila Prabhupada the author of this great literary masterpiece. Each temple may add one sweet ball and a Hare Krishna maha mantra card to complete the package. Therefore there will be books, prasadam and the holy name going out with each DVD. Silence on this suggestion will speak volumes. However one need not reply to this posting. Simply take it up as your own idea and quietly do the needful. I have spoken with determination because Krishna is my Lord, Srila Prabhupada is my master and this has been my duty.

Love Means to Follow
I want one student who follows my instruction. I don’t want millions. Ekas candras tamo hanti na ca tarah-sahasrasah. If there is one moon in the sky, that is sufficient for illumination. There is no need of millions of stars. So my position is that I want to see that at least one disciple has become pure devotee. Of course, I have got many sincere and pure devotees. A True Vaisnava, – he is considered to be liberated even though within the material body.
This is the age of Kali which plunders away spiritual sense of the human being and it is only the Divine Grace of Lord Chaitanya, Who can protect us from all these dangerous pitfalls.
A person, who is always anxious to render service unto the Supreme Lord Hari, as His eternal servitor, in all conditions of life he is considered to be liberated even though within the material body.
Difficulties of life may come as seasonal changes but we should not be disturbed by all those difficulties. Our process is to chant and that process will gradually clear every thing in due course.
Whatever allocation of duty there may be, if we try to execute such specific duty sincerely, that alone can make us much more advanced in Krishna Consciousness.
If you chant always Hare Krishna, read my books, and preach this philosophy sincerely, then Krishna will provide you with all facility, and you will not fall down into material entanglement.
All our ailments are due to the external body. Although we have to suffer some time from bodily inconveniences specially in the old age, still if we are God conscious, we shall not feel the pangs. The best thing is therefore to Chant the holy Name of the Lord constantly.

I watched all 3 DVDs of Little Krishna. It is very impressive and made me feel devoted to Krishna. Is there any plan to produce other life stories of Sri Krishna?
I’m eagerly waiting for more Krishna stories as animated film.
