BY: SUN STAFF

Sep 19, 2011 — CANADA (SUN) — In the article of this date entitled “Bhakti Caru Swami Bankruptcy Appeal Committee“, the authors have described in some detail a situation involving the Swami’s difficulty with private financial dealings. Because the ISKCON Ujjain temple is closely associated with the Swami’s private financial matters we are providing the following additional information, should it be helpful to anyone seeking to protect Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON assets.

The Sun’s May 19, 2010 Feature story, “Corporate ISKCON – Part 17“, mapped a cluster of corporations and related individuals branching off from the ISKCON Orlando corporation. One of these was McPhar Geosurveys USA, Inc. The corporate listing follows:

McPhar Geosurveys USA, Inc.
Incorporated by Graeme Duncan, Sudipto N Mukerji, McPhar Geosurveys USA, Inc. is located at 1617 Kersley Cir Lake Mary, FL 32746. McPhar Geosurveys USA, Inc. was incorporated as a domestic for-profit on Friday, March 14, 2008 in the State of FL and is currently inactive. In the cluster map for this report, we can see that the connection from ISKCON Orlando is through David Daniels, who is also associated with Worldwide Outsource Solutions Inc. and Superior Custom Shutters, Inc. Another individual associated with these same two corporations is Priyabrata Sar, who is linked to two more corporations – Prem’s Enterprize, Inc. and Global Network for Krishna Consciousness, Inc. One of the principals of Global Network for Krishna Consciousness, Inc. is Graeme Duncan, who is also associated with McPhar Geosurveys.

Although Ambarish das is mentioned in the Bankruptcy Appeal Committee’s article, we had not yet connected him in the Corporate ISKCON mapping project to either Graeme Duncan or McPhar Geosurveys. Needless to say, we have a great deal more work to do in completing that series, and much data in hand that needs to be pushed into Cluster Reports. For further information, refer to the Master Index of Individuals and Master Index of Corporations, or search the Sun Features Index for 66 segments of the ‘Corporate ISKCON’ series (Apr-Nov 2010).

Following are a number of additional data points related to McPhar Geosurveys and the Bhakti Caru Swami story:

Another cluster of connections not yet mapped into the Corporate ISKCON series are those connecting Graeme Duncan of McPhar Geosurveys to two corporations: 3 Anchor Bay, Inc. and Divine Foods, Inc. In the latter, Duncan is joined by co-director Keshava Best (son of Howard and Edith Best / Pratyatosa das and Urmila devi dasi (ACBSP). Grant F. Duncan is also associated with both 3 Anchor Bay, Inc. and Divine Foods, Inc.

In the summer of 2002, a group of investors acquired a majority interest in McPhar Geophysics Ltd, and changed the company’s name to McPhar Geosurveys Ltd., to reflect changes in McPhar’s core business activities. 1. This tends to explain why Guru Gauranga Dasa (Graeme E. Duncan) sold Divine Foods, Inc. (to a karmi). He was probably ordered to do it by the bankruptcy court judge! 🙁
