Dear Maharajas and prabhus,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupad!
It is with deep regret that I wish to inform you that I have resigned from all positions of leadership within ISKCON, including GBC member, sannyas, and initiating guru. This is because in recent times I have not been able to maintain the required spiritual standards for those who hold such positions.
[PADA, Santa Barbara, California: Notice that the ISKCON GBC has now concocted a policy of re-making the status of “guru, acharya, sum total of the demigods, assistant to Radharani” i.e. the diksha guru, into some sort of corporate managerial post where one is voted in, “censured” by the corporate committee, and one can then “resign” just like Satsvarupa “resigned.” They have gone far away from the original idea — that the acharya is a position of being the eternal associate (parisad) of God, and so now — the acharya is just some mundane official corporate post.]
Prabhavishnu Das (PVD): I have become physically and mentally exhausted due to constant travel and managerial pressures. It has been especially draining for me to try to solve disputes amongst devotees, as I am by nature a non-conflictive type of person.
[PADA: You are promoting a “guru system” which regularly bans, beats and sometimes assassinates our Prabhupadanuga vaishnavas, but you are a “non-conflictive” sort of guy? Why are you promoting and supporting a system that is creating all these conflicts, if not violence?]
PVD: I have travelled almost constantly throughout my life since childhood and now I feel the need to settle in one place where I find the climate and culture to be agreeable my physical and mental nature. I am considering staying in Thailand as I find it to be such a place, and as I have also developed some affection for a person there who is decent, kind-hearted, diligent and humble.
[PADA: OK, you have affection for some woman in Thailand, goody. Actually that is great that you can have affection for someone, but — how come you have for the past 35 years had absolutely no affection for your God brothers while your guru clique systematically banned, beat and assassinated us?]
PVD: If that works out for me then I certainly hope to render some service to ISKCON there. If not, then I would hope to try and live in an ISKCON temple or community, perhaps in South India. I am very sorry to have let you all down. I have never asked to be put in any of these positions of leadership, but by Krsna’s arrangement they have been conferred upon me.
[PADA: OK, you were asked if you would take the post of a acharya / messiah for ISKCON by other similar people who had hi-jacked that post — and you agreed. Sorry, this was not laid at your feet, you wanted to be worshiped as another GBC sum total of all the demigods messiah and when it was offered — you took it. If that post is artificially conferred on you, its your duty to reject that false conferring process. And in the same way, if someone artificially gets a certificate, “You Are Now A Bona Fide Brain Surgeon,” that person cannot go and start opening up people’s heads with a power saw, and then when arrested for murder, argue, well — I was given a certificate to perform these operations? No, you have to reject that bogus certification, or else you are a criminal.]
PVD: I have tried my best, but somehow I no longer feel able to continue in such capacity. Nevertheless, I have always been very happy in ISKCON from the moment I joined till the present. It has been a great honour for me to have had the opportunity to render some service to Srila Prabhupad’s movement, and to have had all of your association. I hope to be able to continue to maintain contact with devotees, visit ISKCON temples from time to time and render service to ISKCON in the future.
Once again my deepest apologies to you all. Kindly forgive any mistakes that I have made or any offences that I may have committed to any of you.

PADA – seems to be bogus comments inserted between the lines. Do not commit offences to devotees! This is called vaishnava aparadha.

In other words he says that he is unable to follow the 4regs. That it took him 20 years to find this out is quite unreasonable.
Assuming he speaks the truth then this is prakrita-bhakta platform, not even brahmana. There would have been this option to get married according vedic etiquette – admit his falldown as sannyasi and stay in office as grihastha.
But this option, Prabhupada: “And those who have fallen down, let them marry, live like respectable gentlemen”, is rejected by PVD.
He wants to act according his whims. Disciplinary proceedings – negative report – he wants to be his own boss. In sum, clearly the mentality of someone who is fully under the modes of material nature.
Once more like Harikes and others, justification of this practice, his pocket calculator says, enough money stashed away to have a secure situation till the end of life.
GBC chorus: well, another black sheep, just some singular case. The rest of our gurus are all in good standing, bona fide, fer sure!
To reckon without one’s host. Intelligent people, students, prominent people, forgo to deal with these folks.

BACK TO PRABHUPADA MAGAZINE: This is the clever bait-and-switch tactics of the ISKCON gurus we have repeatedly highlighted in BTP; they claim to do everything “on behalf of Prabhupada” – EXCEPT the one thing they were ordered to do “ – on behalf of Prabhupada”!:
“…continue to become ritvik and act on my behalf.”

Every time an ISKCON Guru gets “carried away” there were not only the obvious financial irregularities of missing money, but he leaves behind him a trail of destruction in the form of disillusioned followers whose faith is very often shattered beyond repair. Gaudiya Matha Gurus then exploit the situation by posing themselves as spiritual masters who will never fall down. In this way, they hover round ISKCON picking off its disillusioned refugees for their own rival missions. All these problems are due to the unauthorised Guru system currently operating in ISKCON. As Srila Prabhupada states:
“In the Caitanya-caritamrta (Antya 7.11) it is clearly said, krishna-shakti vina nahe tara pravartana: without being authorized by Krishna, one cannot preach the holy name of the Lord throughout the entire world.”
(Srimad-Bhagavatam 7.14.39, purport)
That authorised person is already here – Srila Prabhupada – and one need not follow any other rival Gurus.
Check out the various local iskcon websites such as those in Australia where he has heaps of disciples. You won’t see a word written about it. Proof that the managers deliberately set out to deceive people.
Why not be honest and open by informing ALL of these congregations so that each individual can make his/her own decision about this farce?
Don’t speak about it don’t say a word lest you are offensive, what a load of rubbish, these people have ruined everything.
Let it not be about him but about the farce which has been perpertrated that conditioned souls are as good as God, as good as Srila Prabhupada, that they are nitya siddha pure devotees, that new devotees need them to connect with Srila Prabhupada and Lord Krishna, etc, All the attention is on him right now. Let him do the best thing he can possibly do and help bust the bogus thinking as he departs from his position. If he is willing to expose the farce from his first hand experience, then his apology will be accepted.

The fall down into illicit sex is not the real mistake it was the pretense of being a replacement for Srila Prabhupada to the conditioned souls. He is doing better service now by being such a vivid example of the ghastly effect of having done that, and of having accepted him as good as Srila Prabhupada. He should speak up and condem the entire system, not try to protect it as he leaves or leave quietly knowing what he knows. If he has any honest, good qualities, if he cares for Srila Prabhupada and the devotees at all, or his so-called disciples, that’s what he should do. He should expose and direct to Srila Prabhupada’s Lotus Feet. Srila Prabhupada ki jai!!!

Nowadays it has become a fashion to be guru and although they see all these so called gurus falling down there is still a long list of people waiting from the gbc to become guru.
SB, Canto 6: …One who is interested in his own salvation is not as advanced in Krsna consciousness as one who feels compassion for others and who therefore propagates the Krsna consciousness movement. Such an advanced devotee will never fall down, for Krsna will give him special protection. That is the sum and substance of the Krsna consciousness movement. Everyone is like a play toy in the hands of the illusory energy and is acting as she moves him. One should come to Krsna consciousness to release oneself and also to release others.

All ISKCON devotees whose bogus guru has fallen down including Prabhavisnu das and they now worship Srila Prabhupada and do not have a living guru, are Rtviks, plain and simple. Now many may say they are not and may even say they are anti-rtviks, but the fact remains, that they are following a rtvik system. They do not have ‘living guru.” They worship Prabhupada directly. So regardless what they may say or claim, they follow a rtvik system.
Now if ISKCON encourages Prabhavisnu’s disciples to take shelter of Srila Prabhupada, and yet they say rtviks are deviants, one has to ask, “how does worshipping a bogus guru qualify one to worship Prabhupada directly after the bogus guru falls down, but one who can detect he is bogus before he falls, is not qualified to worship Prabhupada directly? How does having a bogus guru fall down, make one eligable to worship Prabhupada directly? Any intelligent person will say that if a disciple whose guru has fallen can take shelter of Srila Prabhupada, then naturally a sincere rtvik follower can also take shelter of Srila Prabhupada. if some says this is incorrect, then can they explain this logically?

Thankyou so much for sharing. But sometimes I also feel, we should follow the scriptures and the writings of the bonafied teachers but we should also think. We must not follow everything blindly. Like in the case of Prabhu Prabhavisnu Das he is genuinely feeling the need to break free. How can anyone connect with Krishna in so much pressure. No one will benefit in such a pressure. ISKCON and all the other organizations are made for spiritual guidance but we should never force people to stay. Like in some other religions people are forced to pray. Its wrong!!! God comes in free heart. Yes, its a demotivation for devotees who are not sure still of their own belief. But the devotees who knows about Krishna, this will not affect them. Everyone should be free to choose what is good for their well being. This is spiritual happiness!!
No one forced him to pretend to be a pure devotee guru when he wasn’t. This was and is his doing, no one else’s fault. And the GBC is to blame for encouraging him and other bogus gurus to jeopardize and ruin the spiritual lives of innocent devotees looking for shelter and guidance.
How long will this Guru System in ISKCON go on???? I guess not enough lessons yet? Still holding on to bogus system. I pray that Prabhavisnu does speak out. What does ISKCON do now when a guru bloops? Do they get re intiated?I don’t blame devotees for leaving ISKCON and joining Gaudiya Math.

I wash my hands of Iskcon and all Iskcon devotees. The cheaters and the cheated. And if you try to point it out to them you are labeled an insensitive demon. What a joke. I’m moving on.

You are an example to follow. You make me remember the story of Arjuna when he was only seeing the bird’s eye and not the tree, the field or the clouds. Of course I also want to see all the temples of ISKCON like embassies of the spiritual world, full of Vaikuntha vasis chanting Hare Krishna all the time and talking about highest the conclusions of rasa vichara.
But when I go to the temple I do not see any maha-bhagavata paramahamsa parivraja aka acharya anywhere. I do not have a glimpse of bhakti just lust everywhere. Once, a devotee said to Srila Prabhupada: “I can not support it anymore, I am leaving now.” And Srila Prabhupada said, “Ok, you can go, I give you my congratulations, but I can not; I have to stay here, because I have to comply with the order of my spiritual master.” And the devotee began to cry and he stayed.”
A devotee said once: “The service that did not make such devotee, this is my service.” When I go to the Temple, I can see the Murti of Srila Prabhupada! The Sacred Books reservoir of a Deep Wisdom! The Deities! The Pictures of Krishna! The Musical Instruments! The Prasadam! The Devotees! The Devotional Garments! The Language of the Devotees! And so on! And so on! But I ask to my self: What about Bhakti and her sons jnana and vairajnya? We can hear the Bhajans of Aindra Prabhu! But how has he reached such a level of expertise in lyrics? Abandoning? No, starting from zero.
We can conclude that this is due to the Karma of the people that there is no Bhakti anywhere, but Bhakti is not a consequence of any material cause; it is innate in the heart of the living entity and it must be awakened. This is only possible by the mercy of the spiritual master and Krishna (Brahmanda brahmite kona bhagyavan jiva guru krsna prasade pai bhakti lata bij.) One candle (Srila Prabhupada) can light many others candles.
I also want to go to the temple and see the devotees in the burning fire of sankirtan, chanting at least the minimum number of rounds, following the four principles and the other six principles (aversion to the use of money, chanting Hare Krishna, taking only Krishna Prasadam, studying the scriptures, associating only with devotees and living in a temple.) And the others 64 branches of sadhana vaidhy bhakti. Of course this is not for me because I have some excuses and a lot of things to do. Don’t count with me, neither.

I remember a phrase of prabhu nava Jauvana: “We need devotees who have the courage to speak the truth. Millions of obeisances to Srila Prabhupada for the courage he had to tell the world about Krishna, and the sacrifices he made to teach his disciples the truth.”
Then we have to pray like Srila Prabhupada:

Translation: My dear Lord Krsna, You are so kind upon this useless soul, but I do not know why You have brought me here. Now You can do whatever You like with me.

I will not give up practising KC and following Srila Prabhupada, but I do not believe that anyone except Krsna or Prabhupada can fix the mess in Fiskcon.
Rather than be a part of such a corrupt society, which I do not actually believe to be Iskcon, I will take Srila Prabhupadas teachings to others, who are not brain washed zombies as we see in current Iskcon.
At the end of the day…what is our actual circle of influence? Only a small circle in the town or city we live in. Personally I could never refer anyone to fiskcon, what intelligent human being would willingly submit themselves to such a corrupt institution?
Well, we have the innocent and I pray that they wake up and smell the roses.
I do understand what you mean, we should’nt leave. We should stand and fight, but sometimes it feels like it is totally soul destroying. Like it’s not even worth it, because it’s like talking to a brick wall that is hurling bricks at you! And not only that, but by associating with sentimental, sahajiya like devotees my mind becomes clouded and confused.
Deep inside I don’t want to give up. I want to fight for the truth. But it’s so darn hard!
I should develop more compassion, but it’s difficult when you get kicked all the time. And I’m so angry about all the injustices that I could be seen as a complete crazed freak from hell.
If only their were ksatriyas present at this time, to annihilate all those who enjoy corruption. All this corruption is a disservice to the world! It’s an offense to our Sampradaya Acarya Srila Prabhupada!

You said that only Srila Prabhupada and Krsna can fix this mess and you are right.
Srila Prabhupada alowed himself to be utilized as Krsnas puppet /instrument and instrument of his Gurudeva. He was never frustrated because he knew that he was an instrument in their hands.
We also must become instruments in the hands of Srila Prabhupada and Krsna.
As long as we try to depend on our own strength and intelligence we are bound to become exasperated and ultimately defeated.
We have no choice but to remain instruments of Srila Prabhupada’s will and depend on him for resources needed to fight the evil as a matter of duty.
I often feel like you. At least 5 times a day throw my hands in the air and give up. But then I remember that it is not I who is the doer and provider ( of energy,strength and inteligence) it is Srila Prabhupad and Krsna. That thought nourishes me daily.
There are Kshatriyas amongst us but it takes wise Brahmanas to direct them. We all need to wake up to the reality that even if we choose to avoid acting according to rules of varnashrama we will be forced to do so by the circumstances.
Every one of us needs to accept the certain designation and subsequent duty according to our natural propensities. There is no avoiding it anymore , for much longer.
We all must wake up and start acting as instruments and not as the doers to ensure our victory in this WAR. Only then will we receive needed blessings. That is my conviction.
leave the bogus gurus to their bogus disciples, leave ISKCON and it’s psuedo-religion, and just distribute Prabhupada’s original books and let nature take its course. The sincere will become Prabhupadanugas, the cheaters will become something else.
Mother Suvarna has taken her brahminical initiation; Srila Prabhupada. If Mother Suvarna see this, perhaps she can give an address again for us here publicly?, so that devotees can consider every support for them, visit them and assist, give donations for sponsorring at least an occassional day of prasadam for the souls of New Zealand, or donate some cases of books, and offer them respects and well-wishes.
Sri Krsna highly respects His field-commissioned officers, there is no doubt, and He gives them every opportunity to advance nicely, and preserves what they have and provides what they lack. His business is their business; this is pure bhakti business, Srila Prabhupada’s service.

SRILA PRABHUPADA says the same in Bhagavad-gita 3.9, and if in fiskcon there is still a bad vibration it is because of all these deviant sweepers dressed as sannyasi who take the position of SRILA PRABHUPADA, when they are not even able to save themselves.
Of course karmic reactions are there for all these abusers of iskcon who make innocent devotees to worship conditioned souls.

in the same way the real nature of all these false guru sannyasis is clear nowadays because all the prabhupadanuga devotees around the world got more enlightenment by associating with SRILA PRABHUPADA’s transcendental books.
therefore it is better they surrender everything to SRILA PRABHUPADA because they can’t escape anymore.
they also forgot that we can die at any moment this is the proof that we are just puppets in the hands of KRSNA’s inferior energy until we get free from the bodily platform of life by following only HDG ACBSP – to avoid frustation with the usurpers of iskcon.

We are pretty well engaged and it’s proof that anyone who has a desire can preach. Anyone can serve Srila Prabhupada and Krsna anywhere in the world. Srila Prabhupada is giving us all FULL facility to be fully engaged and swim in the ocean of mercy!…and it is so very blissful! Even although there may be so much corruption, this corruption is totally overshadowed by service to Srila Prabhupada.
Make your own fields with Srila Prabhupada is the centre, without politics, but with knowledge of what is happening around us (ie. within the institution) , so that we can protect ourselves and push on!
If anyone would like to give any donations, although this is not required because I would rather have devotees use their laxmi to start their own preaching for Srila Prabhupada. But if anyone has any excess of Srila Prabhupadas original books and can donate, we would appreciate that greatly.

Dhristadyumna das relates his memories of Srila Prahbupada. The circumstances at the time Srila Prabhupada made this statement were in 1976, when Madhudvisa had disappeared and given up sannyasa. Srila Prabhupada said: “Actually, I have not given any of you sannyasa. But I am in a war with Maya, the material energy, and I need leaders.” He said, “It is called in wartime ‘battlefield commission.’ There are no qualified leaders, but someone has to lead the charge. So you take every fifth man, ‘You are now lieutenant of the squad.’ He is really a private, but we make him lieutenant for the day and he leads the charge.” Then Prabhupada said, “It is to be understood that you are not sufficiently equipped for this fight and most of you will go down.”
