That is also statement of the Vedanta-sutra, the most perfect philosophy of Vedic language. In the Vedanta-sutra it is said, athato brahma jijnasa, means “This human life is meant for inquiring about God.” So the first understanding of God is that He is the creator of everything.

So the present Krishna consciousness movement is meant for understanding God. This Krishna consciousness movement is started not now, say, in your country, Western countries say, for the last six or seven years, but the Krishna consciousness movement is on this planet for the last five thousand years. When I say Krishna consciousness, it means God consciousness.
