A Cosmic Solicitation

The greatest authorities in the universe, love to see The Devotees
Not the devotees of themselves, however, but of the Supreme Personality
Who is known as Sri Bhagavan and Lord Sri Krsna, this, They all agree
And surrendering to Him is the only way that They are ever pleased

It’s imperative to water the root, and relinquish the bothering of the leaves
By pestering the branches and foliage, all you receive is a parched tree
And this will never bear the flowers and fruits that eventually get us free
It only causes the Demigods to engage us in more fruitive activities

Yes, They are never happy, when we go to Them and plead
For the suffocation of material things, to quench our lust and greed
At some point in time however, chewing the chewed will lead
us to surrender to a Bonafide Representative, of the Supreme Personality

When this finally occurs, then the jiva soul actually starts to shine
Because the darkness of ignorance, no longer obscures their eyes
Material nature is fully viewed, and given a hasty goodbye
And the quick retreat Back Home begins, leaving everything unnecessary behind

This type of renouncing behavior though, should never be a surprise
As the no longer dormant connection to Lord Sri Krsna intensifies
Due to Srila Prabhupadas hints about our first occupation, duty and enterprise
To sacrifice anything, everything, to make certain He and Sri Govinda are satisfied

When this germinates, the artificial idols and images, no longer have the power
To distract us from His and Sri Krsnas service, hour after hour
Instead we employ our energy to act, and follow the authentic codes
Because Srila Prabhupada has rescued us, from natures 3 material modes

Yes we came here with nothing material, and so too, we shall leave
So we’re giving up the things we like, and also our pet peeves
The only thing we’re taking with us is the truth of our spirituality
And the never-ending fact that Lord Krsna IS, The Absolute Reality

See, The Authorities very much appreciate seeing Lord Krsna’s brood
Always singing about, and glorifying Him, in an ecstatic mood
Not worshiping the material things throughout time, that they… have… accrued
But adoring Him and His paraphernalia, as their only… Soul… Food

So, leave The Great Authorities be, They have important business at hand
And stop pestering Them with all these silly, meaningless demands
Because all Their “material boons” never lead us… to the Promised Land
But cause us to sink deeper and deeper in Maya devi’s quicksand

However, if you still feel a fascination to seek their benedictions
Then ask for something wonderful that will never be restricted
Ask for pure service to A Pure Devotee, Srila Prabhupada
Pray for that boon, beg of Them to give you that… Sacred… Nod

One can start right now, don’t waste time and procrastinate
Ask Them for the sublime re-emergence of your Divine State
Appeal to Them for the greatest gift They could ever deliver
Petition Them for allegiance to the material worlds serial killer

Because the perfection of our existence, is very near at hand
So plea and plead to Them, if you have a passion to demand
But beg from Them strength, determination, faith and courage
To follow Srila Prabhupada, so that your legitimate life can… finally… flourish

Yes, certainly we will, and shall ask, Them, for such things
we will request Them for fidelity to Srila Prabhupada, Who can cut all our strings
Of addictions and dependencies, on temporary sense gratifications
so we may propagate True Krsna Consciousness, in all of it’s exalted fixation

So please Lord Siva, please, please boon us with this award
Of surrendering to Srila Prabhupada and His maya massacring sword
He can cut off the entanglements keeping us from our Lord
Please o please, benedict us with this inestimable, immeasurable reward

Please Lord Brahma, please bestow in us the intelligence
To do the bidding’s of Srila Prabhupada, destroying our cavalier arrogance
For the trait of lust has captured us, making us feel important
But is causing us to be charred in the fire, of the material forest

This false ego keeps us captive, seeking out temporary adoration
It bewilders and stifles us, a betrayal without any cessation
This false persona has destroyed our lives, keeping us prisoner
So please bless us to be the foremost and upmost, forevermore surrendered listener

To everything ever dancing on the lotus lips, of Gopals dearest, Srila Prabhupada
Permit us to always cherish, worship and most raucously applaud
Him Who appeared in Your disciplic succession, Established by Sri Hari
Just to deliver the lowest debauched fools, like incompetent, insignificant me

we are petitioning You Lord Brahma, and if You will be so kind
Direct us to attack the strategic fortifications lust occupies in our mind
Allowing us to submit to Srila Prabhupada and abandon our propensity to cheat
So we can humbly obey His Teachings, and make our life complete

Please Goddess Sarasvati, please lavish us the education
To surrender to Srila Prabhupadas Instructions, anywhere in the creation
If You so choose, we would heartfeltly accept, such a beautiful donation
And care for it so lovingly, rejoicing, in a never ending celebration

Full of joy and adoration, with The Abhay Caranamrita ever flowing
As then, our bhakti laja biga is protected, thriving and effortlessly growing
we are ambitious for the the competencies to understand His Speech
for these skills can reveal All His Divine Grace has so… kindly… Preached

Please Goddess Laksmidevi, please favor us with fortune
You can deliver us abundance, instead of just a portion
we are greedy to concentrate on Srila Prabhupada, in… total… absorption
we are requesting these alms from You, so that our vision is never distorted

Please Lord Indra, please splash us with the deluge
Of total commitment to Srila Prabhupada, as our One and Only refuge
Because shelter of His Parahamsa Wings, is indeed…The… Echelon
Mirroring the residents of Vrndavana, Who sanctuaried under Govardhana

Please Lord Vayu, please arrange the purification of our senses
By the winds of change, so we can become, a Bhakti Yoga apprentice
Please funnel all the nonsense out, and inject in it the genuine
Yearning to accomplish the mission, Srila Prabhupada has assigned

Please Lord Soma, please, we desire the attitude
To glorify Srila Prabhupada at a decibel deafening magnitude
Shattering all the sahajiya devotees and psuedo acaryas motivations
So everyone can hear, once and for all, His…Unchangeable….Dictations

we know You are very dear to Lord Krsna, as He appeared in Your dynasty
All due to Your love and devotion, which has defined Your pedigree
He was raised by Nanda Maharaja and Yasoda Mata, as Their Son
Please ordain us with the thundering resonance to raze the imitations

Please Goddess Durga we don’t ask You for any material gains
Because we see how they only deliver delusion, rivalry and pain
What we are seeking is the steely nerve at Prabhupadas Lotus feet
So birth, death, old age and disease, again, we will never meet

Please Lord Varuna, please bequeath us with the wisdom
To follow Srila Prabhupada’s directions, Back to Krsna’s Kingdom
To acknowledge and revere these most precious artifacts
That Srila Prabhupada has delivered, so they can spontaneously react

Please Sri Yamaraja please provide us discernment
To plainly view, and weigh out, all these material allurements
To remain precise in clarity about Prabhupada, and also, what we should avoid
So we can to attach to His Magnificent, Vaikuntha… Bound… Convoy

Please Lord Agnideva, please stoke our smoldering furnace
To dedicate our life to Srila Prabhupada, without any disturbance
To fuel this rage into an inferno, strictly for His mission
To allow His assignment to manifest, as our one and only, ambition

Please Lord Kuvera, please supply us the charity of real wealth
we need the guidance of Srila Prabhupada, the best medicine for our health
we are not asking for diamonds, gold, silver, nor material prosperity from You
Just requesting to be apart of Srila Prabhupada’s Authentic… Sankirtana… Crew

Please Lord Kartikeya, please, we are ravenous for the mentality
To rage and war against the sahajiya’s, and their duplicitous world of duality
While staying focused on Srila Prabhupada, the deliverer of the fallen
The Only Soul i know, Who is still pulling people out of their coffins

Please Lord Ganapati, please grant us the gift, of unadulterated consistency
To stay faithful and steadfast, to Srila Prabhupada’s Original Ministry
so we will not be corrupted, and decide we are more advanced
Than Great Souls like Him and You, Who are perpetually in Bhakti Yoga trance

Please Lord Vivasvana, please authorize us, the… steady… nature
For it is You Lord Krsna instructed long ago, when the universe was in danger
Please give us immovable dedication, to Srila Prabhupada Rajarsi
So everyone can truly understand, Who is the universes, Only… Worshipable… Deity

And, so that everyone can prosper spiritually under His safety
Because all of us here, are clinically, and certifiably, crazy
From Your immense abilities we need this most heavy infusion
To apply Srila Prabhupada’s timeless instructions, to terminate our confusions

Goddess Bhumi You are last, but not ever, the least
we have all appeared, on Your surface, just be a thief
Please rectify our kleptomaniacal persona, which You can easily perform
Allow us to unlearn all the nasty things, we have absurdly learned

For we are aspiring to enroll in the class, of our Spiritual Master
Srila Prabhupada, the Empowered, mode of material natures, brilliant party crasher
Please approve us to dedicate our lives to accomplishing His wishes
So that we can reacquaint ourselves, once again, with our Heritage’s Tradition

For hearing and obeying Srila Prabhupada is the gateway to the road of return
To a life of dancing, singing, and eating with Sri Krsna, in His Original Form
Where life is never paused, nor is rejection ever found
Where Sri Krsna is in the middle, and Him, the Devotees surround

Where Srila Prabhupada relishes, the sight of that festivity
And where everyone remains enchanted, by partaking in the jubilancy
A realm of bliss and knowledge, where eternity is forever
Where no one ever perishes, and the experience get fresher and fresher

we have full faith, that a servant of a servant, is what we always are
And you Demigods are also servants of Sri Krsna, some His Avataras
With power and abilities, beyond our comprehension
All because You have cherished Madana Mohana with Love and Affection

we also know that in the times where the universe is in crisis
You all approach the ocean of milk, because You Souls are the righteous
You all pray to Lord Visnu for Him to arrive and correct the situation
On behalf of the living entities for peaceful progress back to their normal condition

So we place these prayers humbly before You All, unpretentiously
Aching for Srila Prabhupada’s shelter, His Majesty like a banyan tree
we are, with all sincerity, asking You to carry our cries to Lord Visnu
So that every living entity can escape this miserable material monsoon

For it is He only, Who is the dispenser, and can give out beatitude
And the summation of our desires follows, as this is our final attitude
Please o please Lord Visnu, please BLISS us to remain a foolish person
perpetually to be directed by Srila Prabhupada, for that is our perfection

You know we have an intense craving for His association, because He is so distinct
