I must be preaching
Bhaktisidhanta said
for one preaching has life
or he’s good as dead.
And His good Servant proved it
who heard his message well
so came to america to preach
and save us all from our hell.
No its no exaggeration my friends
this is no fairytale nor pretend
His divine grace Shrila Prabhupada
lives in his books to guide us to transcend.
Repeated births and deaths, old age and disease
all of our bad habits keeping us in the weeds
he has manifested the ageless wisdom of the vedas
from the Supreme Lord and all his sinless sages.
And so I must be preaching
one soul I must be reaching
one soul who is only seeking
his pleasure ever increasing.
Yes I must convince one person
to surrender to Krishna God
by fully satisfying his divine grace
Jagat Guru Shrila Prabhupada.
Lost we are dear souls
can not you even see
we know not where we go
I don’t know you, you don’t know me.
So soon our death arrives
no one here survives
and yet they do not ask
where shall I go at last.
Must I really not know
What happens at my death
must I really live in ignorance
could there not be one so blessed?
Who can give me the eyes
to just see where I’m going
could there not be something
I really need to be knowing?
Behold dear souls we’ve been carried away
into nothing but childish play
behold we have fallen so far astray
all we must do now is pray pray pray.
O my Lord I am lost
into darkness I’ve been tossed
to not see my path ahead
I just believe I will be dead.
So I just hide my head in a hole
to forget that I don’t know
just who really am I
am I really going to die?
O my dear Lord
how can I appease You
am I really so foolish
because I did displease You?
O my dear Lord
please engage me for Your pleasure
I must know and hear and see You
and reality clear forever.
O Lord send me Thy Servant
who knows everything for certain
and can remove the curtain
that keeps me in darkness and hurting.
Please behold just seek and you shall find
thats the message of Him divine
just knock and the door shall be open
to everything you have been hoping.
A life of peaceful pleasure
knowing life’s eternal treasure
our most beloved Krishna
fullfiller of all His soul’s wishes.
Yes we shall find our spiritual master
When the truth is all we are after
Yes our teacher always doth come
When we no longer want to be dumb.
Behold he’s Shrila Prabhupada
come to light the path ahead
so we no longer are lost
and can see beyond the dead.
Yes see beyond this matter
to our soul and our master
and leave this miserable world
to our blissful home everlasting.
Yes just behold Shrila Prabhupada
living in his most blessed texts
guiding you to Krishna God
Beyond repeated births and deaths.
To taste the unlimted nectar
and hear Krishna’s all powerful names
so you can never stop chanting
In love’s embrace of Krishna Prema.

Just a wonderful poem that deeply touches on Srila Prabhupadas power
Haribol prabhus,
I am having dificulty in undersanding where there an accurate Vaishnava calandar I only want the Prabhupadanuga understanding so far I have found two diferent dates for the 2019 eekadasi date for may one calandar which I know is iskcons is the 14th of this month of may but another calandar I saw which seems to be a Prabhupadanuga calandar because there are not bogus guru appearance day says mohini ekadasi is the 15th of may still they have a post for Rahanatha lecture and a photo of Indradyumna so what is actually going on here what can I really believe anymore.
Haribol Prabhu,
this calendar issue was discussed at
http://www.prabhupadanugas.eu/news/?p=39834
In Mayapur, Mohini ekadasi is on May 15th, to be followed worldwide on same day (May 15th):

Haribol Prabhus,
Just a heads-up for those on Android phones and tablets, you can get a Mayapur-based app, “Vaishnava Calendar for ISKCON and Gaudiya devotees” by developer, Abhay Charan das.
Go to top left > menu > settings > The algorithm of calculations > select “Use Shri Mayapur” and tick the box. It will then say “Yes, follow the instructions of A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Shrila Prabhupada” (sic).
Even if you enter your location elsewhere in the settings, as long as you have the box for Mayapur ticked it will synchronise your local time with the Mayapur date wherever you are and ignore Iskcon’s variable calender.

Hare Krsna Bhakta Sam,
Many thanks for the info, works great and also good to see no birth & death dates of bogus guroos.
Is there also an App for those with IOS phones that you know of?
Yfs, Balaram das.
Namaste and Haribol,
Here’s a link to the app for any others to find it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.acd.calendar The deveoper also has a handy Ekadasi reminder app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.acd.ekadashi
Not being an iPerson I have no idea about availability on other platforms. I had a quick look but couldn’t find it at iTunes. There may be other apps there that calculate for Mayapur. The obvious workaround for any calendar is to lie about your location and pretend you live in Mayapur and enter that. If you live on the other side of the planet you might have to juggle dates to get it right for where you are though, ha ha.
On the topic of Android apps there’s a nifty little one called ISS Detector that helps you to spot the International Space Station flyovers. See for yourself and make your own mind up about whether we live on a spherical planet or if it is all just fiction. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.runar.issdetector They happen every 90 minutes but aren’t often directly overhead so you have to time them for optimum observation. Best times are dawn and dusk and obviously night-time.
Built in to the app is a handy link to live camera streaming video from the ISS (although usually better at NASA’s website), complete with a map showing its trajectory over the Earth’s surface in real time. Not recommended for Flat Earthers as it will do your head in. Often obscured by clouds, sometimes you can can witness the exact same terrain features on both screens as they pass by. Pretty convincing smoke and mirrors if that’s what it is.
