It is more likely that the vaccine has accelerated the death rate at this facility but they are saying that it is the Covid 19 to scare people into taking the lethal injection. The idea that the facility has been remiss for ”creating the outbreak!” is total nonsense as this puts the blame on the ”outbreak” and not on the vaccine for the deaths to spread more fear in the community to take the lethal injection!
