Pamho agtacbsp, i know SRILA PRABHUPADA changed the heart of this devotee because he used to be a mayavadi and said: the mayavadi philosophy is very attractive but s we can see SRILA PRABHUPADA is even more attractive by smashing the mayavadi maha aparadhi the greatest offenders of the vedic culture but tattvavit das got saved by SRILA PRABHUPADA ,he is doing a great service to SRILAPRABHUPADA from many years is serving HIM with devotion , jaya gaura bhakta vrinda.agtacbsp ys haribol
Pamho agtacbsp, sorry i mistake this devotee with atma tattva das,anyway we all used to be mayavadi but nirvisesa sunyavadi SRILA PRABHUPADA saved all of us from the impersonal aspects of the truth therefore we pay our obeisances to HDG

Atma Tattva Prabhu was an Impersonalist, to the best of my knowledge but not a Mayavadi. There is a big difference between the two as Mayavada (like the Sahajiya) is degraded whereas Impersonalism is ‘incomplete’ and can evolve to embrace Vaisnavism (which is what happened in his case).
I interviewed him on my radio program in Auckland (Hare Krishna Program) in the early 90s. I was a little nervous so I had the questions (about 8) written down so I could ‘time’ everything including some music into the hour-long show as my conditioned ‘Virgo’ nature did not allow for any ad-libbing so I had to have everything “ALL ORGANISED, AND NEATLY SEGMENTED. But my calculation was shattered!
Atma Tattva Prabhu (no longer with ISKCON) has a very unique style and would tell some amazing stories about Srila Prabhupada. I revisited some youtube clips the other day! He is a wonderful story-teller and is very animated, creating the facial expressions (and hand gestures) of Srila Prabhupada to perfection and in a very affectionate way with regards to His Divine Grace.
It is funny when I recall the radio interview! I asked him the first question and he answered “yes!”. I asked him the second question and he said “no!” and then the third answer was “maybe!” …. I was stating to panic by the 6th or 7th question (and he was very amused! and was smiling!) but noting my obvious ‘distress’ he went on to rescue me from my situation and gave some wonderful stories which was to my great relief and turned into the best radio show I did, thanks to him.
