LETTER OF CENSURE TO THE GBC SRI MAYAPUR DHAM FEBRUARY 20 – MAY 8, 2011

Dear GBC Members, Please accept our humble obeisances. We, like you, can also play the game of pretended humility and over-wrung obsequiousness (when in fact we — like you — feel exactly the opposite). So, again, please accept our humble obeisances and cash them in at the bank, where they are equal in value to your own. In fact, the GBC body does not deserve the humble obeisances of self-respecting devotees because, contrary to the hard and fast laws of the God Brother Council, you have grown to become a cancerous body whose only mission is to suck energy out of Srila Prabhupada’s movement and his sincere devotees for your own illusory false prestige. You can take that to the bank also because, as hard as it is to swallow, the hard and fast truth will always reap benefits and grow interest, unlike your shallow proclamations of censure, ex-communication and expelling.

Which brings up why we are humbly submitting at your lotus feet this Letter of Censure as detailed hereunder:

– Because you have repeatedly behaved like a band of self-motivated dishonest jackals and have exploited the service of sincere devotees for over forty years, treating Prabhupada’s disciples as your personal slaves, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have polluted the Society Srila Prabhupada created with the noxious fumes of false propaganda on your official website ISKCON News, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have set one standard for yourselves and another for your supposed inferiors, creating a two-caste society of patricians and plebians, czars and proletariat, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have clung to your balsa wood thrones like a band of tired old Dhritarashtras when in fact, you were meant to be a rotating position elected by temple presidents, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because your dictatorial policies have chased away book distributing devotees and have ruined the sankirtan movement in North America, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have allowed the BBT to whimsically change Srila Prabhupada’s books this way and that way, whichever way the wind blows, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because in BBT publications and on your official sites, you have glorified offensive Mayavadis whom Srila Prabhupada directly mentioned were the arch enemies of Krishna Consciousness and the Absolute Truth, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you spend countless funds on printing your own Vyasa Puja books while genuine scholarship within ISKCON is relegated to the gutter, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have turned ISKCON into some limp-wrist interfaith quasi-humanitarian mission in which newer members do not even know the philosophy (because apparently you do not either), YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you hide behind Hinduism as the all-encompassing excuse for changing how Krishna Consciousness is presented, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have never recognized the service of Srila Prabhupada’s sincere disciples, but have only rewarded your flatterers with wealth and positions, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have allowed ISKCON to degrade into a money-grubbing society of professional sycophants who will flatter the rich for donations while genuine preaching is ignored, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have turned what should be a sacred trust into a three-ring circus that is a simmering public relations disaster, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you allow devotees to perform non-parampara imitation brahminical rituals like blessing automobiles for temple donors and marrying meat eaters in front of the Deities at Bhaktivedanta Manor, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because it is believed that you bribed Harikesa with a large sum of hush money to go away quietly, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have failed to recognize that your posts are the divine gifts of a pure devotee and with the position comes a responsibility to the Society and not to yourselves and property that you think you lord it over, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have turned Srila Prabhupada’s concept of gurukula into abject karmi schools, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you have turned your Godbrothers out into the cold and have thereby served to create several apasampradayas, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you created the zonal system of tyrants with dandas, which continues to this day as a horse of a different hue, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you sit around smugly grinning like political cronies at a country club, or pretend to be great Vaisnavas casting saccharine sidelong glances towards the camera, while your Godbrothers rot in prisons or die in hospitals of curable diseases, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you are expert at watching your own backs and only take action against problems when it directly affects you, and not for the good of the Society, YOU ARE CENSURED.

– Because you see fit to pompously censure other devotees when you yourselves are so corrupt, YOU ARE CENSURED.

Your self-centred, block-headed actions have placed the Community of devotees at great risk and have decimated Srila Prabhupada’s Society for decades. You have created serious potential exposure to repetition of these incidents, which you appear to have done by design.

You have thirty days from the date of this letter to rectify these problems. You created the problems, now you can just go right ahead fix them. In thirty days, our Oversight Minister (OM) will convene a Special Jurisdiction Committee (SJC) to judge the sincerity of your efforts. If the OM and the SJC believes that even a single item on this list has not been rectified in one lunar cycle, then YOU WILL BE EXPELLED and sent home to your mothers with a note from the principle.
