Bob: Imitate. Oh. I see.
Syamasundara: One time you said that sometimes you feel sickness or pain due to the sinful activities of your devotees. Can sometimes disease be due to that? Caused by that?
Srila Prabhupada: You see, Krishna says:
aham tvam sarva-papebhyo
moksayisyami ma sucah
“I will deliver you from all sinful reaction. Do not fear.” So Krishna is so powerful that He can immediately take up all the sins of others and immediately make them right. But when a living entity plays the part on behalf of Krishna, he also takes the responsibility for the sinful activities of his devotees. Therefore to become a guru is not an easy task. You see? He has to take all the poisons and absorb them. So sometimes–because he is not Krishna–sometimes there is some trouble. Therefore Caitanya Mahaprabhu has forbidden, “Don’t make many sisyas, many disciples.”
But for preaching work we have to accept many disciples–for expanding preaching–even if we suffer. That’s a fact. The spiritual master has to take the responsibility for all the sinful activities of his disciples. Therefore to make many disciples is a risky job unless one is able to assimilate all the sins.” Full Conversation

yes you are right prabhus only SRILA PRABHUPADA should lead us!
Therefore it is better to not waste time in bogus gurus anymore.
I hope many devotees are able to understand this after 3 long decades of speculation regarding genuine guru-tattva.
The guru is already there, HDG ACBSP, we do not need any self made guru to help us to go to hell including the so called kangaroos with their sinful activities. SRILA PRABHUPADA said here: the guru is not Krishna but because he serves Krishna with pure love by taking all the trouble and risk of his disciples, SRI KRSNA takes all the sinful reactions aham tvam sarva papebhyo.
But it is not the same if the guru is fake – that’s why we got problems in ISKCON after SRILA PRABHUPADA’s departure due to all these false gurus who got very heavy karma because they disobey to the final order of SRILA PRABHUPADA.
In ISKCON therefore they lost all spiritual power by not following SRILA PRABHUPADA’s instructions which is the only way to get the real treasure of the Holy Name.
SRILA PRABHUPADA’s pure personality gives us enlightenmet in the daily practice of HIS transcendental instructions while the reflection of the personalities of the fake gurus gives us the opposite effect.
Therefore the prabhupadanugas are very fortunate because they mind the real business just with SRILA PRABHUPADA to make sure we can return home where HDG ACBSP is waiting for us to give us more nectar and not the poison of the so called iskcon guru which poisoned our beloved acharya.
